Vacancy: Receptionist
Essential Requirements:
– Minimum 3 years of experience as a Receptionist in a hospitality environment (preferably within a lodge or similar setting).
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction.
-Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
