Vacancy: Assistant Manager
Essential Requirements:
– Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a lodge or the broader tourism industry.
-Technical Proficiency: Advanced computer literacy
– Proven experience working with Property Management Systems (PMS) for bookings and guest data.
– Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (Proficiency in German is a significant added advantage)
– Valid Code B Driver’s License (a Professional Driving Permit/GPDP is an advantage).
– High level of organizational ability and the capacity to lead a diverse team in a remote setting.

Vacancy: Kitchen Chef
Essential Requirements:
– Minimum 3 years of experience as a professional kitchen chef in a lodge or restaurant. (Experience in Takeaway shops or similar will not be considered)
-Exceptional culinary skills and a strong understanding of various cooking techniques.
– Strong leadership and organizational skills
– Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene
– Ability to work under pressure and in a team
– Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
-Culinary degree or equivalent qualification would be beneficial
