Our family unit is children friendly and ideal for families with children under 12 years with 2 bedrooms and adjoining bathroom.
Our family unit is tailored for families with up to 2 children under 12 years: The unit consists of 1 bedroom with twin beds as well as a children’s room with a double bed that features toys & books for the kids. The bedrooms are separated by an adjoining bathroom with a shower and a bath tub for infants. A baby crib is also available for infants.
Free WiFi is available in the room and wildlife at the lodge waterhole can be observed from a private terrace outside. Our swimming pool with a shallow kids section is within a walking distance and the restaurant & bar area are very close to the room. This makes it easy and convenient for parents to keep an eye on younger children and still enjoy the lodge facilities.

Deposit policy
A 100% deposit is applicable to secure your booking at Gabus Safari Lodge. The payment is performed online via a secure payment gateway provided by DPO Africa that is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant.
Cancellation policy
90% refund for cancellations 60 days before arrival
50% refund for cancellations 30 days before arrival
25% refund for cancellations 21 days before arrival
0% refund for cancellations 13 days or less before arrival
Child policy
The room rate includes accommodation, dinner & breakfast for up to 2 children under 12 years.
12 years + | It’s not possible to accommodate more than 2 adults over 12 years in family room, please refer to the luxury rooms.
Bank charges and electronic transfer of funds
Our organization can’t be held liable for any bank charges or transaction fees accrued in relation to using our reservation system or performing an electronic transfer of funds (EFT) into our bank account.
