Are you looking for conference facilities in Namibia?
Book one of our conference rooms which can host up to 15 people from your establishment/organization.
The conference rooms are equipped with WIFI, Air Conditioning, a private bathroom, fridge, TV, snacks & drinks as well as a direct view onto our lodge waterhole. Our restaurant gives you access to breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as coffee/tea for conference breaks.
The lodge has 9 luxury rooms in addition to more standard rooms to accommodate conference guests and speakers directly on site. There are also 2 tented camping rooms as well as 3 campsite facilities available.
Weddings & celebrations
Celebrate your next event at the Gabus lodge near Otavi!
We can accommodate 32 guests in rooms, 4 guests in tents, and an additional 16 guests at our camping facilities.
Fun activities including game drives, horse riding, walking trails, wine tasting, cave excursions and more are offered to keep everyone entertained!
Our kitchen team has a lot of experience to cook and serve delicious and exotic dinner buffets to large groups of guests.

Our farm has over 6200-hectares of space with many beautiful spots that are perfect for hosting a festival or similar event.
From spectacular mountain ranges to Savannah grasslands offering an African atmosphere: we have a lot of choices available for you.
Another option is to rent the lodge area for a weekend which has everything you need for your event:
